北京2025年10月30日 /美通社/ -- 康菲石油中國有限公司（"康菲中國"）總裁胡凱誠（Markel Hübinette）先生榮獲2025年度中國政府友誼獎，以表彰其在推動能源行業高質量發展及深化中外合作領域的卓越貢獻。中國政府友誼獎是中國政府授予為中國經濟與社會發展作出突出貢獻的外國專家的最高榮譽。9月30日，國務委員諶貽琴女士代表中國政府在人民大會堂為獲獎外國專家頒獎，胡凱誠先生作為獲獎代表之一受邀發言。

"能夠獲得中國政府友誼獎，我深感榮幸。這份榮譽代表著康菲公司全體團隊在過去44年間支持中國能源行業發展與繁榮作出的共同努力。同時，它也體現了我們與中國海洋石油集團有限公司（"中國海油"）、中國石油化工集團有限公司（"中國石化"）等中方合作伙伴攜手取得的卓越成就。"胡凱誠表示，"這一獎項具有深遠意義，充分彰現了中國政府堅定不移推進高水平對外開放、持續優化營商環境的不懈努力，也體現了對能源行業及包括康菲公司在內的外資企業的高度重視與大力支持。"

自2019年出任康菲中國管理職務以來，胡凱誠先生始終致力于推動與中國合作伙伴在能源領域的重大項目與合作。在他的帶領下，康菲與中國海油緊密協作，積極推進了中國最大海上油田——蓬萊油田的滾動開發及增儲上產項目。過去三十年間，雙方在蓬萊項目上共同投資超1500億元人民幣，建成18座海上平臺及一艘30萬噸級的浮式生產儲油輪。截至目前，蓬萊油田累計原油產量已超過8300萬噸，可滿足北京市約一年半的能源需求，為中國能源供應作出了重要貢獻。^[1]

與此同時，作為中國主要的液化天然氣供應商之一，康菲公司始終致力于向中國供應液化天然氣，助力中國向更為清潔的能源結構轉型。通過康菲全球合資項目，康菲與中國石化等合作伙伴攜手，每年向中國供應近1000萬噸液化天然氣，占2024年中國液化天然氣進口總量的13%至15%。

此外，胡凱誠先生也與中方合作伙伴一道，積極探索與評估中國潛在的上游勘探項目、低碳發展機遇以及替代能源方案，助力中國的能源安全和雙碳目標。

胡凱誠先生在能源領域的突出貢獻廣受贊譽，而他的行動卻不止于此。他表示："我們相信企業的成功與所處社區的繁榮福祉緊密相連。因此，我們致力于回饋當地社區，并創造持久價值。"

在他的倡導下，康菲中國積極履行企業社會責任，累計公益投入已超過8800萬元人民幣，助力應對健康、教育、環境保護和災難救助等關鍵民生領域的嚴峻挑戰。截至目前，康菲中國已幫助2100多名困境兒童獲得教育機會，鼓勵支持全國大學生探索能源領域的可持續創新議題。此外，康菲中國還資助了來自16個省份、730多名先天性心臟病患兒接受免費手術治療，并為全國數千名醫護人員提供了專業培訓的機會。

胡凱誠先生與中國有著不解之緣。早在1998年，剛剛高中畢業的他，用自己兼職所得購買了一張飛往中國的機票，開啟了一段為期三個月的背包漫游之旅。中國博大精深的歷史人文、民眾的熱情友善，城鄉的蓬勃生機，給他留下了美好而深刻的印象。

此后，他攜家人來華工作定居。在這里，他潛心學習中文，體驗中國文化深厚底蘊，遍覽中華大地大好河山。迄今，他已游歷了中國34個省級行政區中的32個，不斷加深著對這片廣袤土地的理解與熱愛。
